Our oil is made exclusively from Provenzale (Peranzana), a variety with unique organoleptic characteristics.

Provenzale is cultivated in a small area of Capitanata, in northern Puglia, between Torremaggiore, San Severo, and San Paolo di Civitate.

The olives are transported in ventilated crates and processed in our oil mill within a few hours of harvesting.

Storage takes place in stainless steel tanks in air-conditioned environments at a constant temperature.

The olives are harvested in our olive groves in Alto Tavoliere delle Puglie and immediately transported to the oil mill.

The resulting oil then rests in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature until packaging.
