Sublime!

It arrived today late morning and I had the chance to try it for lunch and dinner. Needless to say, it fully satisfied the tastes of the whole family! This oil has proven to marry perfectly with hot dishes, such as first courses or legume soups or raw, in salads or on meat. The 'Delicato' delle Fascine is the perfect oil for those who do not like oils with an excessively strong taste (those that sting, so to speak) without giving up its character.
