Precious delicate oil of the Apulian tradition

My origins, particularly Calabrian and Friulian, appreciate this splendid, highly perfumed oil. I use it with pleasure in salads, on fish, etc. but it is also precious on its own, with bread and salt, perhaps from Piran. What can I say? I am privileged and can grant this pleasure.
