Oil with fresh olfactory-gustatory notes with a fair quality-price ratio

I am very happy to have made this purchase with an excellent quality-price ratio. It is the first time I have tried the extra virgin olive oil of this monocultivar variety and, I must say, I was pleasantly surprised both by the olfactory-gustatory notes and by its great versatility. The scent is that of fresh olives and the taste is delicate and rich. I believe that it is a very versatile oil precisely because of its balance between scent and taste. In fact, in addition to having seasoned various dishes, I have used it to make desserts and I must say that the result was fantastic. I will definitely buy it again and recommend it. The kindness, seriousness and availability of the sales office staff is commendable.
