Finally a light but tasty oil!

I had been looking for a light but tasty extra virgin olive oil for a long time and I think I finally found it. I must admit that I did not know the monocultivar "Provençal" variety nor the Le Fascine mill; I trusted the previous reviews and luckily, because I had the opportunity to taste one of the best extra virgin olive oils, with an excellent quality/price ratio (I bought the organic one). The best way to consume it, in my opinion, is raw, so as to perceive its characteristic fruity notes and above all to better savor its characteristic flavor. Definitely worth buying.
