Tortilla di patate

Potato tortilla

Difficulty: Easy Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 450g frozen rosemary slices
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan
  • EVO oil from the Le Fascine oil mill
  • Sale

Preparation:

  1. Put some Le Fascine EVO oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion and potatoes over a low heat for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add salt and brown the potatoes well.
  3. Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl, then add the potatoes and parmesan and mix.
  4. Grease the pan again and, once hot, pour in the mixture and cook with the lid on over a medium heat for about 10 minutes, until the base is well browned.
  5. Turn the tortilla over and brown the other side, adding a little more oil.
