Potato tortilla

Difficulty: Easy Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 450g frozen rosemary slices
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan
- EVO oil from the Le Fascine oil mill
- Sale
Preparation:
- Put some Le Fascine EVO oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion and potatoes over a low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Add salt and brown the potatoes well.
- Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl, then add the potatoes and parmesan and mix.
- Grease the pan again and, once hot, pour in the mixture and cook with the lid on over a medium heat for about 10 minutes, until the base is well browned.
- Turn the tortilla over and brown the other side, adding a little more oil.
