Difficulty: Easy Time: about 1 hour Doses: 4-6 people
Ingredients:
- 1kg of veal
- 500ml vegetable broth
- 1 red onion
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- Pitted green olives
- Flour
- EVO Oil Frantoio Le Fascine
- Basil
- Sale
- Pepper
Procedure:
- Prepare the vegetable broth and let it cool.
- Cut the veal into cubes.
- Flour them and put them in a pan.
- Add the sliced onion, olives to taste, the bay leaf, a little salt and, finally, the broth.
- Cook everything on low heat for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the chopped cherry tomatoes and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with basil leaves, pepper and EVO Oil Frantoio Le Fascine to complete the work!
