Ingredients:

  • 1kg of veal
  • 500ml vegetable broth
  • 1 red onion
  • 10 cherry tomatoes

  • Flour

    Procedure:

    1. Prepare the vegetable broth and let it cool.
    2. Cut the veal into cubes.
    3. Flour them and put them in a pan.
    4. Add the sliced ​​onion, olives to taste, the bay leaf, a little salt and, finally, the broth.
    5. Cook everything on low heat for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    6. Add the chopped cherry tomatoes and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
