Lemon Scallops

Difficulty: Easy Time: 15 – 20 minutes Serves: 4 people
Ingredients:
- 600g veal (thinly sliced)
- 1 lemon
- EVO oil from Le Fascine oil mill to taste
- Flour to taste
- Sale qb
Preparation:
- Flour the slices of meat well.
- Let them brown in a pan with a few spoonfuls of Le Fascine frantoio EVO oil.
- When the scallops begin to brown, pour in the lemon juice diluted with a little water.
- Cook over medium heat until the lemon juice has evaporated.
- Season with salt and serve, decorating with lemon slices or grating the lemon zest used previously over the meat.
