Porcini Mushroom and Emmental Quiche

Difficulty: Easy Time: 4 0 minutes Serves: 4 people
Ingredients:
- Shortcrust pastry
- 300g porcini mushrooms
- 2 eggs
- 30g of Parmesan cheese
- 30g of Emmental
- 2 tablespoons of EVO Oil Frantoio Le Fascine
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley to taste
- White wine
- Sale qb
- Pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven.
- Fry a clove of garlic with two tablespoons of Frantoio Le Fascine EVO oil.
- Add the mushrooms and let them defrost.
- Blend with white wine and add salt, pepper and parsley.
- Beat the eggs separately with the parmesan and grated emmental.
- Add the mushrooms to the eggs, taking care to remove the garlic.
- Place the shortcrust pastry in a baking pan.
- Pour the mixture inside and bake at 180° for about 25 minutes.
