Pizzette allo yogurt

Yogurt pizzas

Difficulty: Easy Time: 20 minutes Doses: 15 – 20 mini pizzas

Ingredients:

  • 250g of 00 flour
  • 150g Greek yogurt
  • 7g of yeast for savory cakes
  • 100g tomato puree
  • 100g mozzarella
  • EVO oil from Le Fascine oil mill to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Sale qb

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°
  2. Pour the flour, yeast and yogurt into a bowl and mix everything with a fork.
  3. Then work it with your hands until you obtain a soft but not too sticky dough.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it is about half a centimetre thick.
  5. Cut the pizzas with a round cutter until you run out of dough.
  6. Place the pizzas well spaced apart on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  7. Season each pizza with a spoonful of sauce, a few cubes of well-drained mozzarella, a pinch of salt, a little oregano and a drizzle of Le Fascine Frantoio EVO oil.
  8. Bake the pizzas and leave to cook for 15 – 20 minutes.
