Yogurt pizzas

Difficulty: Easy Time: 20 minutes Doses: 15 – 20 mini pizzas
Ingredients:
- 250g of 00 flour
- 150g Greek yogurt
- 7g of yeast for savory cakes
- 100g tomato puree
- 100g mozzarella
- EVO oil from Le Fascine oil mill to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Sale qb
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200°
- Pour the flour, yeast and yogurt into a bowl and mix everything with a fork.
- Then work it with your hands until you obtain a soft but not too sticky dough.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it is about half a centimetre thick.
- Cut the pizzas with a round cutter until you run out of dough.
- Place the pizzas well spaced apart on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Season each pizza with a spoonful of sauce, a few cubes of well-drained mozzarella, a pinch of salt, a little oregano and a drizzle of Le Fascine Frantoio EVO oil.
- Bake the pizzas and leave to cook for 15 – 20 minutes.
