Sea bream rolls

Difficulty: Easy Time: 1 0 minutes Serves: 3 people 

Ingredients:

  • 300g of sea bream carpaccio
  • 50g of breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 50ml of EVO Oil Frantoio Le Fascine
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Preparation:

  1. Chop the breadcrumbs with the capers, parsley, parmesan, and Frantoio Le Fascine EVO oil.
  2. Lay out the sea bream fillets and distribute the breadcrumbs over the entire surface.
  3. Roll up the fillets so that the breading is on the inside and place them in a baking tray.
  4. Sprinkle the rolls with a little more breadcrumbs and a drizzle of oil.
  5. Bake in a fan oven at 180° for 5 minutes, until the breading turns golden.
