Chocolate Chip Cookies

Difficulty: Easy Time: 30 minutes approximately Doses: 10 biscuits
Ingredients:
- 210g of 00 flour
- 33ml of EVO oil from Le Fascine mill
- 65ml of seed oil
- 170g sugar
- 1 egg
- 30g of coffee
- 150g dark chocolate
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3g of bicarbonate
Preparation:
- Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
- Meanwhile, coarsely chop the dark chocolate.
- Pour the sugar, flour, baking soda and salt into a bowl.
- Pour in the egg, the Le Fascine EVO oil , the seed oil and mix.
- Finally, add the coffee and mix with a wooden spoon until you obtain a soft consistency.
- Add the chocolate pieces and mix.
- Prepare a baking tray and cover it with baking paper.
- Use your hands to create balls with the dough and place them on the baking sheet, being careful to leave enough space between each one.
- Cook at 180° for 18 minutes.
- Let cool before moving them to a tray and serving.
