Biscotti con gocce di cioccolato

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Difficulty: Easy Time: 30 minutes approximately Doses: 10 biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 210g of 00 flour
  • 33ml of EVO oil from Le Fascine mill
  • 65ml of seed oil
  • 170g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 30g of coffee
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3g of bicarbonate

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
  2. Meanwhile, coarsely chop the dark chocolate.
  3. Pour the sugar, flour, baking soda and salt into a bowl.
  4. Pour in the egg, the Le Fascine EVO oil , the seed oil and mix.
  5. Finally, add the coffee and mix with a wooden spoon until you obtain a soft consistency.
  6. Add the chocolate pieces and mix.
  7. Prepare a baking tray and cover it with baking paper.
  8. Use your hands to create balls with the dough and place them on the baking sheet, being careful to leave enough space between each one.
  9. Cook at 180° for 18 minutes.
  10. Let cool before moving them to a tray and serving.
